Lightweight implementation of ML-DSA (Module-Lattice-Based Digital Signature Algorithm) as standardised by NIST FIPS 204. JCA bindings are registered through the BC and BCPQC providers; for direct lightweight use see MLDSASigner and MLDSAKeyPairGenerator.
